This wonderful world, was released as Hikari Falls:This wonderful world (すばらしきこのせかい Subarashiki Kono Sekai, "it's a Wonderful World"), is an action adventure manga developed by Andre. Set in the modern-day Market streets gallery shopping district of Philadelphia, This wonderful world features a distinctive art style inspired by American youth culture. The series is inspired by a couple of Square Enix games such as Kingdom Hearts chain of memories, the world ends with you and more.


Setting[]

The series takes place in a fictional version of the gallery shopping district in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While everyday life goes on in the Realground (RG), the chosen dead are brought to an alternate plane of existence called the Underground (UG). The UG is also the venue for the Reapers' Game.By offering their most treasured possession to enter the Game, the dead (players) gain the chance to contest for the prize: to be brought back to life or to transcend to a higher form of spiritual existence. Most of those who choose to transcend become Reapers, the opponents of players in future Games.Lasting a week, each Game is a contest to judge the worth of humanity. Players set out to accomplish objectives under the rules created by the Composer, who is a god-like entity who maintains the gallery. Another Reaper, the Conductor, tasks other Reapers to obstruct the players' efforts. Failure to complete a mission will disperse the mind and spirit of the player or Reaper, thus erasing his or her existence.

Characters[]

The series follows Andre Boston,a boy who was born on Earth but his mother was a sacred fighter giving him supernatural ablilites, he later forgets everything that happened before his mom sends him to Earth. There he meets Eraqus, Aqua, Terra and Ven where he learned the way of the keyblade. Years later he becomes an anti-social teenage boy who claims he does not "get" people, due to him believing that his three best friends left him and forgot him, due to this he rarely interacts with others, his entry fee was later shown to be Aqua, Terra and Ven.In the first Game, Andre is paired with Eri, a teenage girl who hated herself and being jealous of everyone else, her best friend Miki inspired her to have a dream and has even tried to change in life, she wants to help Andre see that there's more to life than just being lonely. Her entry fee is her best friend Miki. Andre's partner for the second week game is an intelligent and sly teenage boy, Denvor Grant, who prefers to be called Denv.Andre's final partner is Babe Osis, a Reaper.Babe became a Reaper to find a way to hack out of the game for both him and Andre and so he can revive his partner Sakura back to life. Sakura had sacrificed herself to save him from a lethal heartless attack.

Story[]

The story follows Andre over the course of the three weeks that he plays the Game, paired with partners Eri, Denvor, and Babe for each week. Andre is confused at first, lacking knowledge of how he died or how he arrived at the UG. As he develops friendships with his partners and starts to understand the rules of the Game, he recalls small details of his death eventually, he recognizes that he was assassinated at by Sho, one of the Reapers he faced during the Game. After the first week, Andre and Eri meet Kitaniji who tells them that only one of them is allowed to return to the RG and Eri states that she and Andre are going together but Andre forces Eri to go so she'll be safe so only Eri is allowed to return to the living, and a tearful on Eri's part they say goodbye but she promises to meet Andre at the LOVE statue in center city.However, Eri has become what Andre values most, and she is used as his entry fee for the second week. At the end of the second week, Denvor sacrifices himself to save Andre from a swat of exploding heartless created by Sho.

Due to Andre and Denvor bending the rules for the game, the game is ruled null and Andre is forced to replay the game a third time. His entry fee this time is all of the other players, meaning Andre cannot form any partnerships and stands no chance against swarming heartless. However, Babe immediately defects from the Reapers and rejoins Andre. Andre and Babe find that the Reapers and the entire population of the gallery are wearing special cards that cause them to think the same harmonious thoughts(random Joker). Without any missions to complete, the two venture to the fabled "lost river", which Denvor was looking for during the second week. At the river, they find Kitaniji, the Game's Conductor. Kitaniji explains that he created the cards in an attempt to remake the city, which the Composer challenged him to do, if he fails, the city will be destroyed.

At that moment, Denvor reappears and reveals himself to be the Composer. Denvor returns the missing part of Andre's memory of death, Denvor himself shot Andre, choosing him to be his proxy in his challenge with Kitaniji. Sho, who had been trying to usurp the position of Composer, was trying to kill Denvor in his weakened state as a human. After failing to defeat Andre by using his friends against him, Denvor gives Andre one last challenge: To fire a pistol upon Denvor to determine the fate of the city. Andre is too conflicted to make a choice, and is shot down by Denvor.Andre finds himself once again at the crossing, confused by events.

The final scene shows days later. Andre Eri by the statue of LOVE and they go off and went out to eat and buy things and etc, they later run into Babe and Sakura and the four happily reunite, indicating that they all have finally been returned to the RG.Denvor, after seeing the change in personality of the four players over the weeks of playing the game, decides to spare the city.
